This task requires a high level of relationship building, Account Management and excellent communication skills.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Present to merchants, retailers, restaurants, hospitality/F&amp;B sectors and other entities in UAE, a complete end-to-end POS /E.Com solution for card acceptance by Geidea</li><li>Cross-sell value added services that include POS Hardware, On-POS loyalty programs, gift cards, EMI, Billing and other services offered by Geidea</li><li>Thrive to over-achieve individual targets monthly, quarterly &amp; annually as set</li><li>Leverage prospect &amp; signup new merchants by presenting appropriate solution for business</li><li>Knowledge of signing merchant contracts, documentation &amp; submission processes</li><li>Provide training on Geidea Value Added Services the merchant has signed up for</li><li>Ability to negotiate with merchants on Commission Rates, POS Rentals, Value Added Services Rates</li><li>Requirements: </li><li>Minimum 3 years’ experience within sales and marketing</li><li>Excellent network of contacts in the retail sector with some Banking/Merchant Acquiring/Fintech experience is an advantage</li><li>Ability to identify potential buyers for POS terminals &amp; Payment gateways</li><li>Must be detail-oriented, organized, analytical and computer literate</li><li>Excellent interpersonal/relationship management skills and problem-solving ability</li><li>Strong verbal/written communication skills</li><li>Highly driven, is a self-motivated, target orientated, resilient and tenacious individual</li><li>Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow</li><li>Highly organized, plans and prioritizes work effectively</li><li>Must have a valid UAE driving license &amp; vehicle</li><li>Our values guide how we think and act – They describe what we care about the most</li></ul><p><br></p>Customer first – It’s embedded in our design thinking and customer service approach<p><br></p>Open – Openness allows us to constantly improve and evolve<p><br></p>Real – No jargon and no excuses!<p><br></p>Bold – Constantly challenging ourselves and our way of thinking<p><br></p>Resilient – If we fail, we bounce back stronger than before<p><br></p>Collaborative – We know that we can achieve a lot more as a team<p><br></p>We are changing lives by constantly striving for a better solution<p><br></p>Click apply below and become part of the Geidea story
