<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Catering Business Development Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the B2B catering industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of the catering industry and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B catering industry.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.</li><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to win B2B Catering sales and achieve revenue targets.</li><li>Continuously enhance our offerings to steadily grow Catering sales.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of catering services.</li><li>Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and activity.</li><li>Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.</li><li>Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.</li><li>Manage and maximize third-party partnerships including third-party ordering and delivery platforms. </li><li>Identify and onboard new partners to generate demand and deliver orders.</li><li>helping new customers get up and running with the company’s products and services.</li><li>Educate new customers on how to use our services, providing support, and resolving any issues that may arise.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field</li><li>Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the catering industry</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.</li><li>Willingness to travel as needed.</li></ul>
