<p><strong>Job Title: Junior Cost Controller F&amp;B</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Location: Saudi Arabia</p><p>Salary Range: 3,500 – 5,500 sar</p><p><br></p><p>Job Summary:</p><p>We are seeking a Junior Cost Controller who specializes in F&amp;B, with at least 3 years of experience, to work with our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling all costs associated with the F&amp;B department to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards. The candidate should have a solid background in budgeting, variance analysis, inventory control, and other cost management techniques.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>- Analyze and interpret data related to food costs, labor costs, and other department expenses to identify opportunities for cost reduction and increased efficiency.</p><p>- Develop and implement cost controls and cost reduction strategies.</p><p>- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial reports in line with the company’s objectives and standards.</p><p>- Ensure accurate and complete inventory management systems are in place.</p><p>- Conduct regular audits of purchasing, receiving, and inventory systems.</p><p>- Work closely with the culinary and operations teams to identify and address any inefficiencies or process improvements.</p><p>- Analyze and reconcile accounts, budgets, and financial statements.</p><p>- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.</p><p>- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.</p><p>- Monitor and report on any variances and discrepancies in the department’s financial performance.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications and Skills:</p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.</p><p>- At least 3 years of experience as a cost controller with a focus on F&amp;B.</p><p>- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.</p><p>- Knowledge of inventory control, supplier management, and cost reduction strategies.</p><p>- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</p><p>- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.</p><p>- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</p><p>- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.</p><p>- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Tally.</p><p>- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian financial regulations and standards.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are a self-starter with a passion for numbers and a strong background in cost management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting Junior Cost Controller F&amp;B role in Saudi Arabia.</p>
