As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our current suppliers/sellers, facilitating their onboarding process, and driving their business growth. Your role will involve building strong partnerships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the overall success of our suppliers/sellers. Supplier/Seller Management:</p><p>路 Serve as the primary point of contact for our existing suppliers/sellers, fostering strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.</p><p>路 Understand the needs and goals of suppliers/sellers, and provide proactive support to ensure their satisfaction and success.</p><p>路 Communicate effectively to resolve any issues, concerns, or questions raised by suppliers/sellers in a timely manner.</p><p><br></p><p>2. Onboarding and Training:\</p><p>路 Oversee the onboarding process for new suppliers/sellers, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition onto our e-commerce platform.</p><p>路 Provide comprehensive training on our platform’s features, tools, and policies to ensure suppliers/sellers are equipped to maximize their business potential.</p><p>路 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and operations, to streamline onboarding processes and improve efficiency.</p><p><br></p><p>3. Business Growth:</p><p>路 Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.</p><p>路 Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing suppliers/sellers, increasing their product portfolio and overall sales volume.</p><p>路 Analyze supplier/seller performance data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights and recommendations.</p><p><br></p><p>4. Relationship Building:</p><p>路 Cultivate strong and long-lasting relationships with suppliers/sellers, becoming a trusted partner and their go-to resource.</p><p>路 Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with suppliers/sellers to understand their evolving needs and provide support and guidance.</p><p>路 Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to advocate for suppliers/sellers and ensure their feedback is considered in business decisions.</p><p><br></p><p>5. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:</p><p>路 Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.</p><p>路 Conduct regular market research to identify potential new suppliers/sellers and explore partnerships that align with our business objectives.</p><p>路 Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams based on market research and competitor analysis.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>路 Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.</p><p>路 Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.</p><p>路 Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.</p><p>路 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.</p><p>路 Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.</p><p>路 Proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</p><p>路 Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.</p><p>路 Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.</p><p>路 Familiarity with marketing strategies and digital advertising is a plus.</p><p>路 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Join our team and help us empower our suppliers/sellers to succeed in the e-commerce landscape.
