<strong>Electrical – Asset Management – Tunisian National</strong><p><br></p>We are looking for an <strong>Electrical</strong> for a power plant to be based in <strong>Saudi Arabia</strong>.<p><br></p><strong>Job Description:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong Experience in power generation sector.</li><li>Understand and assess risks associated with Power plant Electrical assets.</li><li>Knowledge of ISO55000 series / PAS55/ 39 Subjects principles of Asset Management.</li><li>Lead global and regional benchmarking analysis as necessary to identify improvement opportunities and share experiences.</li><li>Both “big-picture” thinking and strong detail-level conceptual / analytical problem-solving skills.</li><li>Develop and maintain asset management strategies (high level and class), practices, processes, and procedures. Contributes to the vision and values by contributing to strategic goals.</li><li>Develop Electrical asset strategy to optimize lifecycle cost of ownership for all Electrical assets.</li><li>Strong statistical analysis skills.</li><li>Strong critical thinking skills.</li><li>Excellent Experience in power generation sector.</li><li>Understand and assess risks associated with Power plant Electrical assets.</li><li>knowledgeable of asset management standards and methodologies.</li><li>Strong at data manipulation, analysis, and processing.</li><li>Research, investigate, develop, and apply innovative technologies and products to foster cost efficiency in the growth.</li><li>Develop and manage long term plans for equipment maintenance, upgrades, and replacements.</li><li>Deploy, configure, and support Asset Management System.</li><li>Relationship building skills.</li><li>Ability to influence others.</li><li>Excellent Experience in power generation sector.</li><li>Support Power Plants and subject matter experts in the performance of reliability centered maintenance, failure mode analysis and risk assessment.</li><li>knowledgeable of asset management standards and methodologies.</li><li>Support local and regional maintenance team by ensuring the effectiveness of planned maintenance activities for both technical and cost aspects.</li><li>Lead and support projects focused on plant wide solutions.</li><li>Develop and continuously improve maintenance processes to meet organization strategic objectives.</li><li>Develop and manage long term plans for equipment maintenance, upgrades, and replacements.</li><li>Superior communication and writing abilities.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering.</li><li>At least 10-20 years’ experience in similar role.</li><li>Good English communication skills.</li><li>This position offered to Tunisian National</li><li>Power Plants and/or Utilities Industry experience is a MUST.<br></li></ul>
