Our clients include many of the best-known and best-loved brands across fashion and ecommerce.<br><br><strong>Job Specification &amp; Key Priorities<br></strong><ul><li>Reporting to Head of Finance MENA </li><li>Assisting with finance system development – Maconomy </li><li>Egypt compliance for all monthly returns and VAT </li><li>Payroll processing and implementation with new provider </li><li>Analysis of search engine spend and ensuring timely billing to clients </li><li>Assisting with billing for MENA region </li><li>Prepayment, Journals, FA support for Management Accountant </li><li>Opportunity to create business packs for department heads – providing financial analysis, comments and suggestions </li><li>Provide support for UK statutory audit</li><li>Understanding of cross border operations between KSA, UAE, Egypt</li><li>To absorb any other ad-hoc tasks</li><li>Review contracts to ensure correct billing and revenue recognition</li><li>Provide cross departmental support, from FP&amp;A to Billing and Management Accounts<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br></strong><ul><li>Qualified Accountant </li><li>Intermediate/Advanced skills in MS office, primarily Excel.</li><li>Team player with the ability to accomplish tasks on their own using outside the box thought processes.</li><li>Hunger to grow and make the role their own.</li><li>Good time management skills</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and presentation<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong>Perks of being an Assembler:<br><ul><li>A competitive salary.</li><li>24 days holiday a year (increasing by 1 day/year to a max of 30 with every year of service).</li><li>30 days of work from anywhere.</li><li>A day of birthday leave.</li><li>1 day Summer Holiday leave.</li><li>2 days a week, work from home.</li><li>Premium Medical Insurance.</li></ul>
