Your exceptional language skills and local hospitality experience will enable you to provide outstanding service to our Russian-speaking clientele. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online chat professionally and on time.</li><li>Assist potential guests with reservations, answer queries, and provide information about our holiday homes, amenities, and services.</li><li>Communicate effectively in Russian and English, maintaining clear and accurate correspondence.</li><li>Manage reservations and bookings using our internal reservation system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our holiday homes, promotions, and special offers to provide accurate information to guests.</li><li>Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve operational processes and customer service standards.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken, is essential.</li><li>Previous local experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in reservations or guest services.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on providing outstanding customer service.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in using reservation systems and other relevant software applications.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li><li>Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required.</li></ul><p><br></p>
