<strong><u>Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Through regular routine analysis, ensure that processes, procedures, controls, communications, and training related to risks ceded to RGA are in compliance with treaty terms and guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate inter-departmental integration of Data Management; Portfolio Management; Treaty Execution and Enterprise Best Risk Management Practices, coordinating between resources of local and global health, and admin teams.</li><li>Support department head in the management of client relationships to ensure client’s needs are met while ensuring profitable underwriting decisions and maintaining RGA Re’s philosophy. </li><li>Participates in internal claim audits, marketing visits, client training, and industry meetings</li><li>Develop and Implement a proactive and seamless portfolio and treaty monitoring reporting in collaboration with HELIX including treaty status; portfolio performance reports; accounts management reports; data visualization, dashboard and BI tools to deliver true business insight.</li><li>Provide inputs for IT Platform development; Product Development and Treaty Wordings</li><li>Ensure production of monthly, quarterly and annual claims specific reports.</li><li>Oversee quality control/internal audit work of RGA assessors.</li></ul><strong>Requirements<br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management; Actuarial Science ; Health Economic or Statistics</li><li>Insurance Qualification will be an added advantage</li><li>Preferably 5+ years of Health Insurance and Reinsurance Customer Relationship Management; Treaty Management; Data Analysis and Underwriting experience<br></li></ul>This is a great opportunity for an ambitious junior candidate who wishes to develop their career.<br><br><strong><u>Company Overview<br><br></u></strong>Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (NYSE: RGA) is a global industry leader specializing in life and health reinsurance and financial solutions that help clients effectively manage risk and optimize capital.
