<p>JOB PURPOSE </p><p>The role holder is responsible for producing and reviewing content to position THE AGENCY’S clients in the media effectively. The role holder is also responsible for assisting in producing information kits for stakeholders and preparing content for THE AGENCY’S client managed events. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the relevant business policies and procedures. </p><p>Key Activities: </p><p>-General Responsibilities </p><p>• Participates in developing and implementing the Strategic Media Affair Department plans and budgets in line with organizational objectives. </p><p>• Acts upon the Editorial Section mandates, ensuring effective work processes to achieve high-performance standards. </p><p>• Ensures compliance with the Editorial Section’s organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards. </p><p>-Content Development: </p><p>• Assists the Account Manager – Editorial in developing and integrating content. </p><p>• Assists the Account Manager – Editorial in preparing and revising information kits like press kits, Dubai info kits, fact sheets, and Q&As for stakeholders. </p><p>• Develops content for press releases, presentations, and/or communication plans as well as the content of speeches and answers to interview’ questions. (internal and external) and texts for production projects (i.e. Book forewords). </p><p>• Distributes materials to the press ensuring alignment to communication standards for specific media channels and specific message types.</p><p>• Researches and writes briefing materials. </p><p>• Developed the content for all THE AGENCY’S CLIENTS-managed events and for various publications, including the year-end book, as well as display and communication material deployed at THE AGENCY’S CLIENTS-managed events (internal and external). </p><p>• Produces relevant market reports and/or feature stories. </p><p>• Assists in the creative pitching process by working with employees across the organization in preparing content for engaging stories to be pitched to print, web, television, radio and other communication channels. </p><p><br></p><p>Education and Qualification Required: </p><p>Bachelor’s degrees in Journalism, Communication </p><p><br></p>
