<strong><u>Job Description</u></strong><p><br></p>The Social Media Intern is responsible to create appealing content for the company’s social media presence, including maintaining social media channels updated and brand-focused, and looking for new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences.<p><br></p>As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain invaluable experience in skill development while performing the following responsibilities. You will be working alongside a world-class team, serving esteemed government clients.<p><br></p><strong><u>Primary Duties And Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage company social media content development for channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and some other platforms.</li><li>Engage in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms.</li><li>Create content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation.</li><li>Cover events</li><li>Work as part of a team to develop large social media strategies and campaigns.</li><li>Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content.</li><li>Analyze and report audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects on a monthly basis.</li><li>Manage social media communications.</li><li>Use timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits.</li><li>Monthly social media content calendar (3-4 posts per week)</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>AD-Hocks Assignment/reports</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>As per the Direct Manager’s requests</li></ul><p><br></p>Internship period: 3 months, might be extended to a total of 6 months based on need<p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Equivalent</li><li>Good writing, communication, organization, time management and initiative skills</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Available as full timer</li><li>Arabic is a plus</li><li>Good knowledge in Social Media platforms</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Competencies</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Excellent communication skills written and verbally</li><li>Excellent content writing skills</li><li>Presentation skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent organization and time management skills, strong attention to detail</li><li>Initiative skills</li><li>Teamwork skills</li><li>Ability to be flexible, resilient, solution oriented and creative</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Work Conditions</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>The physical abilities needed to perform the duties of this position, in addition to the office climate:</li><li>Office environment is general office setting</li></ul>
