You will collaborate closely with numerous teams and people to identify skill gaps, create training modules, and offer advice on enhancing leadership, teamwork, interpersonal skills, and other crucial soft skills.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><span>:</span></p><p><br></p><p><u>As a Soft Skills Trainer, your key responsibilities will include</u><span>:</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>路 Creating and delivering engaging training programs on topics such as teamwork, Communication, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, time management, and leadership </span></p><p><span>路 Collaborate with team leaders and managers to assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and assessments. </span></p><p><span>路 Based on identified requirements, you will develop training materials, modules, and resources, including presentations, case studies, role plays, and exercises. </span></p><p><span>路 Deliver training in various formats, adapting methods to accommodate different learning styles. </span></p><p><span>路 Evaluating training effectiveness through assessments and feedback surveys will guide adjustments for future programs. </span></p><p><span>路 Staying updated on the latest approaches and tools in soft skills training is essential, and you will collaborate with HR professionals, department heads, and trainers to align soft skills training with talent development objectives.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong><span>:</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>The ideal Soft Skills Trainer candidate should have a relevant bachelor’s degree (a master鈥檚 degree would be a plus) and a successful track record in a similar role. They should possess a strong understanding of soft skills development, excellent presentation and facilitation abilities, knowledge of various training approaches and tools, effective interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and professional certifications are desirable.
