<strong>Job Title: </strong>Legal Counsel<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Abu Dhabi<br><br><strong>Experience: </strong>4 – 5 Years<br><br><strong>Language: </strong>Required excellent in English<br><br><strong><u>Job Description<br></u></strong><ul><li>Conduct research routines to stay abreast with the legal framework governing and the agricultural/food security sector, and update the Sr, Legal Counsel regularly.</li><li>Draft, review, amend and evaluate the legal documents, contracts, RFPs, partnership agreements, etc.</li><li>Ensure timely intervention in disputes and/ or legal claims related to business in alignment with the Sr, Legal Counsel.</li><li>Prepare reports, records keeping, and updates regarding current ongoing cases in alignment with the Sr, Legal Counsel.</li><li>Liaise with external lawyers and third-party law firms in alignment with the Legal Counsel. </li><li>Perform other duties as required by the Sr, Legal Counsel.</li></ul>
