<br><ul><li>Greeting Tasks</li><ul><li>Meet &amp; Greet Customers and assist them to get their Service in the Standard Manner. </li><li>Handling the unsatisfied customers with prompt action.</li><li>Taking Calls for enquiries/follow up and direct them to the respectful personnel. <br><br><br></li></ul></ul><ul><li>Receptionist Tasks</li><ul><li>Make sure Reception area is clean.</li><li>Assure all supplies are available (Tissues, Newspapers, Sanitizers, etc.) <br><br><br></li></ul></ul><ul><li>Reception Documentation</li><ul><li>Prepare Appointments list, Print it out and assigning on the Service Advisors, copies to Parts and Security.</li><li>Collecting all Exit interviews forms back from Job cards and enter it manual on excel sheet, to assure all customers has got Exit interview and all are Satisfied/ or Reception Manager is involved if not satisfied.</li><li>Collecting Rejection Estimations SO`s and entering them to the file with Labor and Parts amounts.<br><br><br></li></ul></ul><ul><li>Outbound Calls activities</li><ul><li>Calling the Appointment No-Show customers on daily basis and reschedule the Appointments for them. <br><br><br></li></ul></ul><ul><li>Towing Trucks</li><ul><li>Take Towing Truck Requests, scheduling all picks/deliveries with logging all trips. </li><li>Check on Trucks mileage and follow up on regular maintenance. </li><li>Follow-up on Istimara renewal, insurance, etc. </li><li>Receiving Checklists for vehicles came by Towing trucks, making sure of full documentation and assigning it to Service Advisors.<br><br><br></li></ul></ul><ul><li>Courtesy Vehicles</li><ul><li>Release vehicles to customers, assure of full documentation, attachments and signatures are maintained.</li><li>Receive the Vehicles from customers, assuring condition of the vehicle. </li><li>Daily reporting Courtesy vehicles.</li><li>Routine check on the vehicles and send for Repair/Service if necessary.</li></ul></ul>
