<p><span>we are looking to recruit two sales personnel on&nbsp;Full-time and Part-time basis.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong><span class=”ql-cursor”></span>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven working experience in retail sales preferred though its not a must</li><li>Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices</li><li>Proficiency in English</li><li>Track record of over-achieving sales quota</li><li>Solid communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Very Customer service focus</li><li>Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality</li><li>Basic administration skills</li></ul><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensuring a high level&nbsp;of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service</li><li>Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards</li><li>Maintaining a fully-stocked store</li><li>Ascertaining customers’ needs and wants</li><li>Recommending and displaying items that match customer needs</li><li>Welcoming&nbsp;and greet customers</li><li>Managing&nbsp;point-of-sale processes</li><li>Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments</li><li>Keep up-to-date with product information</li><li>Accurately describing&nbsp;product features and benefits</li><li>Following all companies policies and procedures</li></ul><p><br></p>
