<p>Change Management Manager Job Description</p><p>Job Summary:</p><p>The Organizational Change Management Head will focus on the people side of change,</p><p>including changes to business processes, systems, and technologies, with an emphasis on</p><p>onsite and technology-related security awareness programs. You’ll create and deliver strategies</p><p>and plans to help employees maximize the adoption of new programs by honing methods of</p><p>effective and sustained behavior change. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s looking</p><p>to play a key role in implementing fast and effective change across a company, ensuring new</p><p>safety standards are met in a timely manner.</p><p>Job Responsibilities:</p><p> Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies.</p><p> Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in compliance with</p><p>client’s Change Management methodologies.</p><p> Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment,</p><p>communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness,</p><p>capability transfer, and end-user training.</p><p> Oversee team execution in accordance with project plans, tools, and methods, and</p><p>support resource planning and acquisition.</p><p> Develop short and long-term goals, KPIs, and objectives, and develop and execute against</p><p>annual operational plan.</p><p> Lead/facilitate meetings with client to ensure an understanding of the current company</p><p>culture, and jointly develop a change adoption plan.</p><p> Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help</p><p>their direct reports through transitions.</p><p> Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and</p><p>stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the Enterprise Business</p><p>Transformation.</p><p>Job Skills &amp;amp; Requirements:</p><p> Change Management Professional and/or Project Manager certification</p><p> BA or BS Degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or</p><p>Industrial/Organizational Psychology</p><p> 5+ years of experience in organizational change management program design and</p><p>implementation</p><p> 5+ years of experience in project management and resource management</p><p> Must be a leader who can influence stakeholders in written and oral communications</p>
