We are pleased to be recruiting for a Senior Manager, Transformation, Processes, Governance &amp; Compliance .<p><br></p>The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of processes, governance &amp; compliance initiatives across entities, regions, and sectors of Neom. This includes processes for classification and allocation of Real Estate costs, IFRS compliance, management of risk registers, and implementation plans.<p><br></p>Experience in Real Estate Development is crucial to be considered for this role.<p><br></p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Support the development of the overall financial systems landscape (system architecture) and implementation roadmap to achieve requisite financial systems backbone </li><li> Support optimum automation of finance processes within the organization for NEOM Group, Subsidiaries, Sectors, and Regions </li><li> Support the execution of the optimized to-be model for the financial systems landscape and lead the systems transition initiatives </li><li> Perform fit-gap analysis of the existing system functionalities, identify areas of improvement and guide on recommendations action plan </li><li> Identify the optimization and standardization opportunities for processes across the finance department and enhance systems to reflect best practices processes </li><li> Lead the budget loading, tracking, reporting, and identification of improvements required to enable budget controls from systems </li><li> Lead the implementation of DOAs for NEOM Group/Subsidiary/Sector/Region and ensure proper execution and embedment of approvals in the system </li><li> Lead on enhancement practices and ad-hoc initiatives related to systems, compliance &amp; governance </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Skills &amp; Experience Required: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Extensive experience in a similar role with a large real estate company (Mandatory) </li><li> Extensive knowledge of finance systems and systems-based compliance </li><li> Thorough knowledge of accounting and IFRS </li><li> Knowledge of regulatory &amp; compliance </li><li> Knowledge of ERP </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Qualifications Required: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Post-graduation degree/diploma or equivalent in financial and management accounting and/or Finance </li><li> Finance, Accounting, and /or FP&amp;A certifications/qualifications (CMA, CPA, CA, ACCA, or similar) </li><li> Project Management Degree/Diploma or Certificate is a plus</li></ul>
