<strong>Role Purpose </strong><p><br></p>Responsible for assessing license applications and accreditation processes for designated regulated sectors (Early Childhood through grade 12 schools) in a timely, impartial manner in accordance with NEOM laws, regulations, and rules. The role also provides timely, accurate information and support to clients and other stakeholders on licensing and accreditation.<p><br></p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Support the Director in setting strategic objectives, goals, plans, and managing relationships with key stakeholders. </li><li> Endorse and oversee Licensing policies ensuring all relevant requirements are fulfilled while adhering to NEOM laws and regulations </li><li> Promote accountability of law and quality control, and ensure policies are being followed. </li><li> Take key decisions related to licensing and accreditation or escalate to Director when required. </li><li> Ensure EC12 providers apply for licenses and take legal action against those who do not comply with the law. </li><li> Manage the accreditation process of trusted entities to provide information that will be recorded in the education system. </li><li> Provide information to educational institutions regarding NEOM requirements to operate at NEOM, including what accreditations are relevant </li><li> Identify and review opportunities to automate or augment education services or processes. </li><li> Manage the development of business requirements and scopes of work and RFPs with which to direct procurement of third-party service providers. </li><li> Work with NEOM Legal to draft Memorandums of Understanding, service contracts, and other legal documentation as required. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Knowledge, Skills And Experience</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> 10 yearsβ experience in education or any related field experience </li><li> 1 – 3 years of supervisory experience in education </li><li> Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li> Strong organizational and time-management skills </li><li> Excellent communication skills that build empathy and support, engage with individuals at all levels, influence, and promote. </li><li> IT skills (e.g. PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel)</li></ul>
