<strong>Role Purpose </strong><p><br></p>The expert at this level is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs. He/She is also responsible for working with different departments to assess training needs, develop training materials, and deliver training sessions that support employee growth and development, advising and supporting the Head of Learning & Talent Development on strategic mandates and operational work.<p><br></p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Facilitate all types of training offerings i.e.: instructor-led workshops, digital learning, and learning events such as management skills, professional skills, team-building, mentoring, and cultural orientation as needed </li><li> Develop communications plan and materials in support of Talent & Organizational Development initiatives </li><li> Developing and implementing employee development plans that support career growth and succession planning </li><li> Partnering with external training providers as needed to deliver specialized training programs, and build alliances </li><li> Manage the execution of programs including but not limited to induction programs, competency development, leadership development, and Talent Programs (eg.: Graduates, Women in Leadership & HiPo) </li><li> Manage the evaluation of all learning solutions and stay up-to-date with the latest training and development trends and best practices/systems </li><li> Manage learning & development interventions, including: personalized learning, microlearning, gamification, virtual and AR, social learning, continuous learning, on a global scale aligned to business metrics and field objectives </li><li> Collaborating with HR Business Partners to ensure that training and development programs align with the company’s diversity and inclusion goals. </li><li> Be accountable to measure ROI and the effectiveness of training programs through evaluating feedback and gaining insights from our dashboards to applying new learnings to further enhance programs </li><li> Act as an expert consultant to stakeholders and SMEs on the best learning and development methods </li><li> Managing the budget for training and development activities </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Experience</strong><p><br></p>5 – 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Capital Development<p><br></p><strong>Skills & Competencies</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Expert proficiency in Learning & Development operations </li><li> Knowledge of Learning Management Systems/Platforms </li><li> Experience in creating and implementing learning and development activities in complex, multi-functional business environments is required </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources </li><li> A Master’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources is preferred </li><li> Professional Certificate in Learning & Development and HR (CIPD Level 5, SHRM β SCP)</li></ul>
