<strong>Incident management system configurations</strong><strong>:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Create custom ticketing reports.</li><li>Define custom KPIs.</li><li>Update custom ticket categories.</li><li>Update custom ticket priority or status.</li><li>Create and update operations team accounts with required access and permissions.</li><li>Custom ticket parameters<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>True sight</strong><strong> configurations</strong><strong>:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Create custom reports as per operations team Requirements.</li><li>Configure updates for nodes to be monitored (add, remove, update nodes)</li><li>Customize monitoring thresholds and trap thresholds as needed.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Patching</strong><strong>:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Configure the tool to download patches from new online sources as needed.</li><li>Monitor and fix issues with patching module.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Discovery</strong><strong>:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Monitor discovery process for infrastructure elements.</li><li>Perform manual discovery as needed.</li><li>Configure the discovery tool to add new nodes or new subnets.</li><li>Monitor synchronization of discovered items into CMDB</li><li>Troubleshoot and fix issues.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Capacity management</strong><strong>: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Assist in customizing thresholds and metrics (OpenStack, VMware, storage, servers, network, databases) as per operational requirements.</li><li>Assist capacity manager for reporting and Planning.</li><li>Define custom reports as per operational requirements.</li><li>Review tool recommendations and coordinate with the operations manager</li><li>Configure new nodes in the tool as needed.</li><li>Troubleshoot and fix issues.</li><li>Asset Management related tasks specific to Cloud Platform<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>4+ years of total experience in related field</li><li>Relevant IT certifications (or equivalent training/experience)<br></li></ul>
