Real Estate Agent / Broker – (Iranian OR Chinese)

<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth;</li><li>Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience;</li><li>Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline;</li><li>“Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers;</li><li>Networking and finding new clients.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven direct sales experience in Real Estate Industry. </li><li>At least 2 experience in the Dubai Real Estate market either in Offplan or Secondary.</li><li>Has consistent and successful track record of Off Plan and/or Secondary sales in Dubai.</li><li>Excellent spoken and written English communication skill. Bilingual / Trilingual communication<strong> </strong>is advantageous (Persian or Chinese)</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the UAE market</li><li>with UAE driving license</li><li>Job location will be in Dubai</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The position is fully commissioned basis only!!</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Due to high number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted by recruitment team.</p>
