<p>Before you apply – kindly evaluate if you meet the required qualifications. </p><p><strong>This job requires a masters degree OR previous experience (of 2 or more years) in transportation or roadway engineering</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidates will be comfortable with creating engineering plans for roadway design projects. They should have experience with AutoCAD and be able to utilize strong design skills in order to create visual aids. By utilizing strong organizational and communication skills, the candidates will also have the ability to execute a project based on the criteria outlined. </p><p> </p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Work closely with project managers to establish project designs</li><li>Develop diagrams and visual aids and prepare design specifications</li><li>Execute project based on outlined criteria</li><li>Deliver projects on-time</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Masters degree in transportation engineering OR 2+ years in roadway engineering </li><li>Strong Command of English – writing, reading, and speaking is a must</li><li>Experience with AutoCAD</li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Employer will Provide</p><p>Salary Commensurate with experience + Order of Engineers Yearly Dues</p><p>Training</p><p>Logistical, hardware, and software needs;</p><p><br></p><p>Please submit a resume indicating level of education (highlighting any transportation engineering courses taken) and a cover letter explaining why you would be the best candidate.</p>
