<p><strong><u>Senior Lighting Estimator /</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>Senior Estimation and Sales Support (Lighting Industry)</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Read and review lighting specifications and plans</li><li>Request pricing and lead times through manufacturers and sales reps</li><li>Produce comprehensive and timely lighting proposals</li><li>Effectively and accurately cost estimate projects</li><li>Maximize sales and profitability by knowing the marketplace and extracting the highest possible competitive selling price.</li><li>Interact with Sales teams to follow up on quotes</li><li>Ensure value-add service from evaluation of existing blueprint</li><li>Review submittal approvals and update quotes accordingly</li><li>Review changes within drawing bulletins/addendums and update quotes accordingly</li><li>Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships</li><li>Collaborate with the Sales team and management concerning customer status, history, changes, potential, quotations, strategies, and other related pertinent sales information.</li><li>Input data and communicate with customers/vendors</li><li>Collaborate with Project Management team throughout duration of the project</li><li>Stay current with new product information and emerging technologies</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree Preferably in Engineering field</li><li>5 years of experience in the same field, plus experience in same Role</li><li>English fluency is a MUST</li><li>Excellent Knowledge of the whole range of lighting products, indoor and outdoor</li><li>Professional Microsoft office user</li><li>Good knowledge in lighting design software and calculations</li><li>Excellent organization &amp; time management skills</li><li>Creative problem solving.</li><li>Must be flexible and willing to work extra time during busy times.</li></ul>
