<p>SOHO STUDIO is Looking for a talented individual with the ability to multitask and interest to work in Architecture, interior and landscape projects. Architect will be dealing directly to the managing partner in a Slim Sized Design Company, working with local and international clients. The candidate’s scope of work will include, but is not limited to the following:</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Engineering Related Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Handling projects from concept to implementation.</li><li>Handing client communications.</li><li>Handling project timelines.</li><li>Deciding Design direction of the project.</li><li>Making sure all milestones are reached.</li><li>Handling projects mood boards, floor plans, technical drawings, and visualization. </li><li>Handling FF&E / BOQ.</li><li>Produce BOQ.</li><li>Purchase orders and follow ups.</li><li>Site visits with clients.</li><li>Attending client’s meetings / site visits.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Programs:</strong></p><ul><li>AutoCAD</li><li>Revit</li><li>Sketchup</li><li>photoshop</li><li>3D Max is a PLUS</li><li>indesign is a PLUS</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience level</strong></p><ul><li>preferred 1 to 2 years of full time or internship Experience</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
