<p><strong>Job Title:&nbsp;</strong>Business Development Manager (Accounting &amp; Auditing)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Code:&nbsp;</strong>J005/002/982</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>Dubai</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary:&nbsp;</strong>Up to AED 18,000 + Commissions</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Industry:&nbsp;</strong>Accounting &amp; Auditing Services</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><p>As a Business Development Manager in an accounting, auditing, and taxation company, your main objective is to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and maintain strong client relationships while staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>– Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities: You will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients and markets for the company’s accounting, auditing, and taxation services. This includes analyzing industry trends, monitoring competitors, and assessing market demand.</p><p>– Building and maintaining client relationships: You will need to establish and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients. This involves understanding their needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. You may also be responsible for managing key accounts and fostering long-term partnerships.</p><p>– Developing and implementing sales strategies: You will be required to create and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals and targets. This includes developing marketing plans, identifying sales channels, and setting sales objectives. You will also need to monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.</p><p>– Conducting market research and analysis: You will be responsible for staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in accounting, auditing, and taxation. This information will help you identify new business opportunities, assess market demands, and make informed business decisions.</p><p>– Collaborating with internal teams: You will work closely with various internal teams, such as the accounting, auditing, and taxation professionals, to understand the company’s capabilities and offerings. You will collaborate with these teams to develop customized solutions for clients, prepare proposals, and deliver presentations.</p><p>– Participating in networking events and conferences: Attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities will be crucial for building relationships, promoting the company’s services, and staying connected with industry professionals. This can help generate leads and expand the company’s network.</p><p>– Monitoring industry regulations and compliance: As a Business Development Manager, you should stay informed about changes in accounting, auditing, and taxation regulations. This will enable you to guide clients on compliance matters and ensure the company’s services align with regulatory requirements.</p><p>– Monitoring and reporting on business development activities: You will be responsible for tracking and reporting on the progress of business development activities. This includes monitoring sales metrics, analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and presenting findings to senior management.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><p><strong>–&nbsp;</strong>Minimum&nbsp;<strong>5 years of sales, marketing, and business development experience&nbsp;</strong>in the&nbsp;<strong>accounting &amp; auditing industry.</strong></p><p>– Strong&nbsp;<strong>background in generating leads and closing deals</strong>&nbsp;within the&nbsp;<strong>accounting &amp; auditing industry.</strong></p><p>– Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.</p><p>– Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements.</p><p>– Be proactive, and organized and handle work in stressful environments.</p><p>– Excellent communication skills and writing proficiency in English.</p><p>– Good Computer literacy and IT skills.</p><p>– Good leadership skills.</p>
