<p>We are looking to hire motivated Real Estate Professionals to be joining our team in Dubai. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibility:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Ensure good professional relationships with owners, developers, and clients.</p><p>• Ensure all leads and inquiries are attended to as per best customer service practices</p><p>• Attending developer launches or other industry related events.</p><p>• Build lists of properties with detailed specifications, and market through open houses, advertisements, networking, and relationships.</p><p>• Arrange Residential/Commercial Property Listings on regular basis through personal networking, farming and cold calling.</p><p>• Head up the negotiations with industry professionals and clients, review contracts terms, and verify accuracy.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>English, Russian, Chinese, French, Arabic speakers</li><li>Valid UAE Driver’s License/Own Vehicle is an advantage</li><li>Strong sales and negotiation communication skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p>• Quality leads and data.</p><p>• Monthly, quarterly and annual incentive prizes for top achievers.</p><p>• Marketing Support and access to all online portals.</p>
