Job Description
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li>Assure all tickets operations are as per the requirements and protocol of the UAE Pro League.</li><li>Key person to communicate with UAE Pro League regarding all matters related to match tickets.</li><li>Key person to communicate with the third-party (ticketing company) which provides services of electronic matches tickets to assure providing clear information about matches days in order to make tickets available 7 days prior to match day.</li><li>Assure availability of information and documents about the stadium including accurate number of seats and update this information regularly.</li><li>Assurance of commitment to all rights related to tickets of sponsors and VIPs and corporate social responsibility.</li><li>Extracting the reports from the ticketing company system.</li><li>Handling any tickets cash sales and reporting it to the Finance department.</li><li>Submitting the ticketing match report after each match to UAE PL ticketing officer.</li><li>Manage sales of seasonal tickets and club membership.</li><li>Encourage the participation of fans and work to increase the sales and income through events and initiatives.</li><li>Attend all meetings related to UAE Pro League and matches before the matches and afterward, and inform the tickets service provider and other parties on all changes related to match day operations.</li><li>Manage food trucks and booths during the matches</li><li>Follow up on the requirements of the UAE Pro League concerning the marketing during the match day.</li><li>Coordinate and prepare the fans activations and F&B area during the matches.</li><li>Assist in preparing reports and tasks required by the department.</li><li>Assisting with the day-to-day work of the department.</li><li>Any other tasks and functions assigned to you by the line manager.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ol><li>English </li><li>MS Office Suite</li><li>Qualification in Marketing (Preferred Sport Marketing)</li><li>3+ years’ experience in sales, events or marketing in sports fields</li></ol><p><br></p><p>Benefits</p><ol><li>Monthly salary 5000 to 6000 AED</li><li>Health Insurance</li><li>Annual Ticket</li></ol>
