<p>Job Title: Executive Recruiter</p><p>Location: United Arab Emirates</p><p>Salary: Commission Based</p><p>Industry: Recruitment</p><p>Work Mode: Remote</p><p><br></p><p>Agile Consultants is offering commission based work from home opportunity for passionate recruiters based in UAE. All tools and training required will be provided from our end.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Please note the candidates must be currently residing in UAE and should be on a sponsorship visa. </strong></p><p><br></p><p>Job Responsibilities:</p><p>– Understand job requirements, execute appropriate recruitment strategies including sourcing &amp; screening, referrals, headhunting, engaging with candidates, interviewing, and profiling.</p><p>– Executive level headhunting.</p><p>– Identifying recruitment sources, networking leads, social media opportunities, job fairs, advertising resources, and other tools to attract candidates.</p><p>– Achieving revenue targets and meeting individual and team KPI in a fast moving and competitive recruitment environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Job Requirements:</p><p>– Minimum 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience within the staffing &amp; recruitment industry – agencies / consultancies / executive search firms. Minimum 1 year of which must be in the UAE/GCC recruitment market.</p><p>– Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.</p><p>– Must possess UAE residence visa – parent / spouse sponsorship.</p><p>– Strong understanding of the local GCC recruitment market.</p><p>– Excellent communication and presentation skills.</p><p>– Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.</p><p>– Exceptional time management and organizational skills.</p><p>– Target oriented smart individuals.</p><p>– Ability to work remotely and accomplish the tasks assigned for the day.</p>
