<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li>Builds & maintains strong customer relationships by conducting daily field visits to facilitate collaboration and the achievement of desired business result and joint work.</li><li>Research customer strategies, identifies their needs and spots business opportunities continuously in order to devise the right plans for the customer.</li><li>Provides customers with superior customer service levels in order to gain their loyalty and sustain long term business cooperation.</li><li>Ensures that all receivables and collections are within the agreed payment / credit terms in order to sustain the company cash flow levels.</li><li>Identify and reports key competitive activity and price changes in order to help develop necessary business plans.</li><li>Seeks consistently new customers in order to help build the customer base and increase sales results.</li><li>Approaches prospective customers, negotiate and close agreements in tenders for all companyβs products supplies.</li><li>Responsible for sales activities and involved in respective sales segments for the company.</li><li>Participate with senior management in the development of strategic marketing plan</li><li>Responsible for all trade accounts receivables, monitoring of A/R aging on a proactive basis</li><li>Responsible for identifying and securing new clients in addition to yielding existing clients to ensure revenue targets are met.</li><li>Analyze market needs and trends, to identify and deliver strategies to support the company’s business development plan.</li><li>Develop and maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to facilitate the support to potential and existing clients.</li><li>Meet the sales targets and KPIs as set and agreed by the senior management</li><li>Weekly reporting on all sales activities to monitor the success and effectiveness of activities.</li><li>Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting</li><li>- Analyse and report business results and trends on a weekly/ monthly basis</li><li>Negotiate with the partners to build and execute strong and impactful demand generation plans with named accounts.</li><li>Any ad hoc duties as assigned.</li></ol><p><br></p><ul><li>Qualifications:</li><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li> Min. 3+ Year Experience from the Food Service/HORECA.</li><li>Able to work independently, professionally and be a good team player.</li><li>Outspoken, cheerful and dynamic character with positive working attitude</li><li>Able to interact with people of all level and possess good interpersonal</li><li>Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-orientated</li><li>Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work independently with strong sales drive</li><li>Must be a team player.</li><li>Good communication skills, Customer care, Product Knowledge, Market intelligence, Networking skills, Negotiation skills, ability to convince the customers etc.</li></ul>
