This position offers a competitive base salary, complemented by an attractive commission structure based on experience and sales performance.</p><p><br></p><p>Job Description:</p><p>As a Business Development Executive at Aspire Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for driving our company’s growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and achieving sales targets. This is a remote position however the ideal candidate would be based in Dubai. You will be allowed to work from home and have the flexibility to manage your own schedule.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ol><li>Generate new leads and prospects through targeted outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media outreach.</li><li>Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand potential clients’ needs, industry trends, and competition in order to tailor effective sales strategies.</li><li>Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in target companies.</li><li>Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures to drive business growth.</li><li>Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase our digital marketing solutions and address client pain points.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the client.</li><li>Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward targets using CRM software and other sales tools.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ol><li>Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role, preferably in the digital marketing industry.</li><li>Good command of the English language is a must, Professional English speaker is required</li><li>Must already live in Dubai </li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish credibility, and effectively present ideas to clients.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to generate and close sales deals, achieving or exceeding revenue targets.</li><li>Highly self-motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed in a remote work environment.</li><li>Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.</li><li>Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and analyze data.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.</li><li>Availability for occasional travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.</li></ol><p><br></p><p>Benefits:</p><ol><li>Base Salary, on par and appropriate with experience and qualifications.</li><li>Attractive commission structure with uncapped earning potential, providing significant incentives for achieving and exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Remote work environment, allowing flexibility and work-life balance.</li><li>Opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team in a rapidly growing industry.</li><li>Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise.</li><li>Possibility for career advancement and growth within the company.</li></ol><p><br></p><p>If you are a passionate and results-driven professional with a strong sales background in digital marketing, we invite you to join our team at Aspire Brand Marketing.
