<p><span>Recruitment Specialist</span></p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Specialist. This role will focus on attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier candidates to meet the organizations talent needs.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibility</p><p>Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, pre-screening candidates, salary negotiation till mobilization.</p><p>Forecast recruitment demand for timely mobilization</p><p>Collaborate with Department Heads to understand their talent needs and develop job descriptions and specifications that attract qualified candidates.</p><p>Preparing advertisement and online / social network job postings;</p><p>Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, including job posting optimization, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.</p><p>Using different job portals, social media and professional networking websites to identify and source candidates.</p><p>Monitoring the progress of mobilization and meeting the timeline at each recruitment stage.</p><p>Assist in the implementation of onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.</p><p>Timely reporting to the Line Manager of the recruitment status.</p><p>Familiarity with employment laws and regulations for the industry.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Requirements</p><p>Must have at least 2-3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR roles</p><p>Preferably with experience in the Hospitality field</p><p>Completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.</p><p>Knowledgeable of effective hiring platform that can attract suitable applicants.</p><p>Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.</p><p>Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills.</p><p>Outstanding organizational and time management skills</p><p>Proficient in document processing</p>
