You will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you will be doing πŸ’»</strong></p><ul><li>Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns.</li><li>Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).</li><li>Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.</li><li>Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.</li><li>Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.</li><li>Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.</li><li>Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.</li><li>Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.</li><li>Lead by example by living company’s core values and culture in day-to-day behaviors and interactions with all levels of colleagues.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you will need to succeed πŸš€</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a digital marketing manager or a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.</li><li>Experience in the fashion or beauty industry.</li><li>Experience in paid advertising platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Google &amp; Snapchat is a must.</li><li>Strong creative portfolio with a variety of projects that include beauty, fashion, and luxury categories.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of diverse digital marketing channels (Paid Social + Paid Search).</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.</li><li>In-depth experience of working in e-commerce and digital marketing, having directly impacted online revenues.Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why you will love working here πŸ’―</strong></p><ul><li>An opportunity to shape the future of sustainable fashion, and give back to the community at the same time.</li><li>A start up environment that’s big on individual responsibility, accountability, team work and career progression.</li><li>We are big on culture.
