Always look to Grow</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive who can leverage AI technology, such as ChatGpt, to develop fresh, engaging, and compelling content that appeals to both property owners and guests.</p><p>The Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive content deployment / scheduling across various social media channels, including Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and others.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media best practices and a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and emerging technologies in the social media space.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist the Marketing manager to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company’s brand voice, tone, and messaging</li><li>Leverage AI technology to create fresh, compelling, and informative content for social media channels</li><li>Create and distribute at least 30 pieces of content per day across various social media channels using scheduling software such as Buffer or other tools. This will increase to 50 pieces of content once the flow has been established.</li><li>Develop and maintain a content calendar that includes timely and relevant content related to current events, industry news, and seasonal trends</li><li>Monitor social media metrics + analytics and use data to inform content creation and distribution strategies</li><li>Use scheduling software to ensure that social media content is posted at the optimal times for maximum engagement</li><li>Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and emerging technologies in the social media space, including IG reels and LinkedIn content strategy</li><li>Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads</li><li>Manage social media accounts, respond to comments, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Self-designing Content on Canva (thumbnails, carousels and other simple design elements)</li><li>Ensure all content is on-brand, high-quality, and meets the company’s standards for accuracy</li><li>and messaging</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Additional Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Conducting regular research and analysis of industry trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour to inform content creation and distribution strategies</li><li>Go to our properties to shoot content (with influencers or alone)</li><li>Connecting the BD and Guest relations teams to enquiries that come from organic media</li><li>Engagement through Questions – start conversations by asking questions related to our</li><li>industry or & business. Encourage audience to share their thoughts and opinions</li><li>Collaborating with the guest service team to ensure that social media inquiries and concerns</li><li>are addressed in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Developing and maintaining relationships with influencers and other relevant social media</li><li>accounts to expand the company’s reach and increase engagement</li><li>Collaborating with the design team to develop visually appealing and on-brand social media</li><li>content</li><li>Creating and managing social media contests and giveaways that drive engagement and</li><li>increase brand awareness</li><li>Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute content for email marketing</li><li>campaigns and other brand communications</li><li>Providing regular reports on social media metrics and using data to inform content creation</li><li>and distribution strategies</li><li>Staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices and making</li><li>recommendations for incorporating them into the company’s social media strategy</li><li>Monitor current events and things happening in the city to ensure that the company’s social</li><li>media accounts are providing timely and relevant content</li><li>Respond quickly and professionally to current events and any crisis situations that may arise</li><li>Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting and analytics to present to management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (not compulsory)</li><li>2+ years of experience in social media marketing or content creation</li><li>Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications in content creation</li><li>Proficient in designing using Canva or similar web apps</li><li>Proficient in using Capcut or similar apps for video editing</li><li>Familiarity of social media best practices & able to create content for different platforms</li><li>Skilful in scheduling software such as Buffer or other tools</li><li>Up-to-date knowledge of IG reels, IG stories and LinkedIn content creation + Trend Spotting</li><li>Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines</li><li>Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Knowledge of the property management and short-term rental industry is a bonus</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Content Creation Support</strong></p><p>We will look to generate as many pieces of content from inhouse sources. Some ideas include</p><ul><li>Value content from CEO (youtube)</li><li>Videos / Photos shot by our inhouse photographer</li><li>Designs made by our inhouse designer</li><li>Thought Leadership pieces (for Linkedin, YouTube and twitter) from Management team</li><li>Heroβs of Housekeeping β nuggets from housekeeping and maintenance teams</li><li>User generated Content</li><li>Planning and hosting Live events such as Q&A sessions, IGTV broadcasts or webinars</li></ul><p><br></p><ol><li><strong>Content Delivery & Reports</strong></li></ol><p>We expect you to plan in advance and deliver content spreads (using planning software) in advance</p><ul><li>Social media calendars inclusive of ideas for Instagram stories with captions & design briefs</li><li>to be shared in the form of a Google Slides presentation (or alternative)</li><li>This will be delivered no later than the 25th of each month</li><li>Weekly Reports for Managers meeting to present to CEO</li><li>Monthly reports with analytics and data that we can study and improve our content</li><li>Next weeks plan and brainstorm session to ensure we are current</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Strategy</strong></p><ul><li>Our social media strategy aims to leverage various social media channels to attract property owners and guests. Our key is DISTRIBUTION and the aim is to become the #1 Content creator in this space over a period of time.
