<p>We’re seeking a highly organized, efficient, and energetic Personal Assistant to provide direct support to the founder of our dynamic team. Our mission is to drive change and promote sustainability through innovative AI projects, and we need someone exceptional to keep us on track.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p> • Directly manage the founder’s calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments.</p><p> • Assist with time and task management for the founder, helping prioritize and organize tasks effectively.</p><p> • Act as a liaison between the founder and other team members, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth operations.</p><p> • Proficient use of digital personal assistants such as Google Assistant and Alexa to streamline daily tasks and operations.</p><p> • Exceptional use of Google Workspace tools for collaboration, document creation, and data management.</p><p><br></p><p>Skills Required:</p><p><br></p><p> • Superb multitasking abilities with the capacity to handle high-pressure situations and fast-paced environments.</p><p> • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.</p><p> • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.</p><p> • Extensive experience with digital tools, particularly Google Workspace, Google Assistant, and Alexa.</p><p> • High level of discretion and confidentiality, respecting the founder’s privacy.</p><p><br></p><p>This role is an extraordinary opportunity to work closely with the founder in a company that’s striving to shape the future of AI and sustainable practices.
