<strong>Job description</strong><p><span>Native Arabic Speaking Candidates Only:</span></p><ul><li><span>Forming, creating, and maintaining employee records</span></li><li><span>Communicating with external partners and government departments</span></li><li><span>Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries</span></li><li><span>Assisting with payroll by providing the department with timesheets and relevant employee information, i.e., holiday and sick days taken</span></li><li><span>Setting the annual plan for employees’ vacations, completing the processes of providing leave, arranging travel reservations</span></li><li><span>Provide administrative support for management</span></li><li><span>Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation</span></li><li><span>Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off etc…</span></li><li><span>Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures</span></li><li><span>Answer telephone calls and provide needed information</span></li><li><span>Create reports for senior management</span></li><li><span>Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs</span></li><li><span>Create and update records and databases for the staff, and other data</span></li><li><span>Assist colleagues whenever necessary</span></li><li><span>Prepare all the relevant documents for any case and handle it</span></li><li><span>Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc</span></li><li><span>Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner</span></li></ul><p><span>Job Type: Full-time</span></p><p><span>Salary: AED6,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month</span></p><p><br></p>
