<p><strong>Purpose of the role:</strong></p><p>The role will be responsible for achieving sales targets set through effective sales and excellent customer service thereby enhancing the company and the brand. The individual must be skilled at identifying customer needs and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge thereby driving sales targets in line with company policies and guidelines.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Target in terms of client:</strong></p><ul><li>Be the ultimate champion of customer service standards in line with Laverne Guidelines, understanding customer needs and enabling the achievement of an exceptional customer experience.</li><li>Ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally and escalated in a timely manner to the Branch Manager when necessary.</li><li>Keep the customer in mind through all interactions.</li><li>Support internal teams as and when required through the sales process to ensure maximum benefit to the business.</li><li>Recommend, select, and assist based on customer needs.</li><li>Building a loyal customer base with regular interaction and a continuous source of revenue.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Target in terms of sales:</strong></p><ul><li>Achieve set sales targets and use creative ways to exceed them, keeping the customer in mind.</li><li>Contribute to improved sales targets with comprehensive product knowledge, seizing opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.</li><li>Ensure awareness and understanding of the product range and details of the current promotion in the branch, sharing information with customers to encourage sales.</li><li>Support the team with training on new products and seasonal inspiration that will help generate sales.</li><li>Issuing receipts/invoices against purchases.</li><li>Utilize advanced selling skills in order to better support client needs, generate high-value transactions, and build a consistent flow of custom repeat.</li></ul><p><strong>Standards:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure store standards are maintained at all times, supporting store tasks including but not limited to cleanliness, tidying, and replenishment.</li><li>Ensure store opening and closing lists are completed in a timely manner, taking responsibility for all stock-related activities such as delivery, stock tracking, replenishment, availability, and display.</li><li>Support in the budding and training of new team members to ensure they are fully aware of the standards and processes required in the business.</li><li>Be aware of and monitor potential security risks, escalating issues or concerns when necessary.</li><li>Comply with all branch security policies and regulations, minimizing exposure to loss of stock.</li><li>Opening and closing cash registers at the beginning or end of a day, performing tasks including but not limited to counting cash, separating shipping slips, and other vouchers, balancing cash drawers, and making deposits.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Saudi only</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing or a related field.</li><li>1-2 years of experience in branch sales and perfume activity.</li><li>Candidate must have a tactful appearance and personality.</li><li>Good Communication Skills.</li><li>Good to Excellent in English.</li><li>Excellent Customer Service.</li></ul><p></p>
