<strong>The opportunity</strong><p><br></p><strong>Project:</strong> This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.<p><br></p>Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.<p><br></p><strong><u>Your Responsibilities Will Include</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Directing the implementation of QMS at district and precinct levels. </li><li>Acting as the deputy to the senior quality manager on day-to-day activities.</li><li>Liaising daily with Mace DP delivery leads to maintaining excellent quality performance on the programme.</li><li>Providing feedback toward continual improvement of QMS.</li><li>Producing and implementing a quality audit programme, including the management of the findings.</li><li>Producing regular quality management reports as per project requirements and quality KPIs, including associated recommendations and action plans in managing quality risks and issues.</li><li>Managing the quality performance of consultants (i.e. LDC, CSC, specialists, etc.) and contractors, including setting and monitoring of the standards and the necessary quality management inductions/training.</li><li>Conducting regular analysis of quality performance metrics.</li><li>Establishing efficient issues management processes for timely closure of the issues, thus avoiding unnecessary delays in the progress.</li><li>Advocating the quality management best practices and continuous improvement.</li><li>Producing and communicating the lessons learnt across the programme.</li><li>Overseeing consultant’s and contractor’s QC processes and performance.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>About You</u></strong><p><br></p>You have management experience in a major programme comprising of a large number of complex projects with a wide variety of major and bespoke assets.<p><br></p>You are a strong leader with experience in establishing and implementing QA framework, processes, and standards, and experience in leading key strategic initiatives. You demonstrate strong communication skills with all the key parties (including stakeholders) to ensure QA policy and strategy are fully understood and implemented correctly. You have the ability to drive change and strong technical skills, both functional and non-functional, in a continuous delivery environment.<p><br></p>You have excellent knowledge of risk management, risk identification and risk-based planning as well as experience in managing testing requirements and activities.<p><br></p>You are experienced in managing large and complex activities and processes as well as advanced knowledge regarding the use of Microsoft Excel formulas for reporting and data analysis. You have familiarity with the digital solutions for Quality Management activities, such as inspections, test and commissioning, audits, etc., Lead Auditor ISO 9001.<p><br></p>You have project management certification (e.g. APM, PMP, or equivalent) and a degree (or equivalent) with professional work experience in a related subject. You will also be expected to have proven experience in the following software: Synchro, 3DSmax, Navisworks, Revit and Microsoft Office applications and GIS as well as CAD applications.
