<p>We are looking for a qualified technical project manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including site launches, online tools, web applications, and mobile applications.</p><p><br></p><p>For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills.</p><p><br></p><p>As a technical project manager, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams. Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects’ digital lifecycles within the quality, time, and budget requirements.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage projects end-to-end to ensure they are being completed on time and within budget. Scope project requirements and prepare a budget. This includes allocating resources for various projects, tracking project progress, facilitating communication between different team members or departments, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.</li><li>Identify areas for process improvement. This could involve evaluating current workflows and systems, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and implementing new strategies or technologies to improve productivity and efficiency.</li><li>Regular communication with clients to keep them informed about project progress, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects</li><li>Deliver projects on time, ensuring quality standards are met</li><li>Develop support documentation, including risk logs and requirement specifications</li><li>Keep abreast of developments and trends in website and mobile design</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, graphic design, or something similar</li><li>A minimum of 2 year’s experience in web and/or mobile project management</li><li>Hands-on experience with project management software, like ClickUp and Asana</li><li>Extensive knowledge of advancements and trends in web and mobile design</li><li>Exceptional ability to contribute creativity and innovation to web and mobile projects</li><li>Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics</li><li>Solid technical background with the ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues</li><li>Superb leadership, collaboration, and communication skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills</li></ul>
