As a Remote Mentor, you will work with our mentees to help them achieve their goals. You will provide guidance and support in various areas such as finding a job, changing a career, and more. You can create free or paid mentoring sessions</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Build a positive relationship with mentees</li><li>Provide support and guidance to help mentees achieve their goals</li><li>Set and review SMART goals with mentees</li><li>Assist with the development of career plans and strategies</li><li>Help students develop skills for academic success</li><li>Provide resources and referrals as needed</li><li>Communicate effectively with mentees via email or video conferencing</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of mentorship activities and progress</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p><ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a remote environment</li><li>The work could be done during weekends based on your availability</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about helping others achieve their goals, we encourage you to apply.
