Our standards and values will be the base to motivate, care and encourage our people to provide quality professional services to our guests and be the best at all times.</em></p><p> </p><p>Job Summary</p><p>We are looking for an energetic candidate who has the knows and hows to find talents and calibers, who exemplify the company’s value and build a career for self success, successful candidate must have:</p><p> Provide a professional and courteous service at all times and ensure that all employees of the assigned outlet follow the example.</p><p>• Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area are kept clean and organized at all times.</p><p>• Execute and demand the team to execute the highest level of service and set up standards at all times.</p><p>• Understand thoroughly the concept of the outlet and train all employees of the outlet in regard to the concept.</p><p>• Actively participate in menu design in cooperation with the company’s Head Chef and Chef</p><p>• Perform upselling for all items offered by the Restaurant as well as offering alternatives.</p><p>• Produce reports and analyses of the outlet and present reports in the monthly P&L meeting</p><p>• Lead the outlet efficiently in cost and expenses, constantly delivering the highest quality as well as driving high top-line revenue and profit.</p><p>• Conduct monthly inventory of operating supplies and equipment</p><p>• Establish a pool of qualified and trained full and part-time employees</p><p>• Ensure effective payroll control through a flexible workforce maximizing the utilization of part-time employees.</p><p>• Monitor operating supplies, and equipment and reduce spoilage and wastage successfully.</p><p>• Manage daily or weekly meetings with the kitchen team and foster teamwork to constantly develop the restaurant/outlet for more success.</p><p>• Constantly improve product quality by sourcing the best available products.</p><p>• Monitor and constantly improve the quality and guest satisfaction of the outlet with the given tools (Service Quality Assurance, Guest Satisfaction Card).</p><p>• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in the outlet in a courteous and efficient manner</p><p>Minimum Requirement </p><p> • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position or a related field with a proven track record of success.</p><p>• Experience in Oriental restaurants is a must.</p><p>• Advanced Communication skills.</p><p>• Advanced knowledge of Restaurants operations & Computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and POS system</p><p><br><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
