<p>Job Description:</p><p>-Your role will include implementing, supporting, administrating, and maintaining Enterprise IT management software with a focus on IT service management systems.</p><p>-Providing documentation and training for staff in existing business information applications, testing system upgrades and generating business reports relevant to the company.</p><p>-Implementing new software taking the entire project management under his wing.</p><p><br></p><p>Job Requirements</p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant degree is preferable.</li><li>Exemption / Completion of military services (for Egyptians).</li><li><span>Alexandria resident is a must.</span></li><li>Experience Level: 2-3 years of experience.</li><li><span>Fluent in English is a must.</span></li></ul><p>Key skills:</p><ul><li>A strong IT background.</li><li>Ability to communicate articulately and effectively at all levels of business.</li><li>Ability to building excellent client relationships and outstanding communication and presentation skills, ideally client facing.</li><li>Ability to produce high quality documentation</li><li>Consistently working as part of a project team focused on client success.</li><li>Willingness to travel according to project location.</li></ul><p>Preferred:</p><ul><li>Background in Development (Python, Java, or JavaScript) is a plus</li><li>Background in writing SQL Queries and creating reports is a plus.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP and SSO</li><li><span>ITIL Foundation certification or have applied knowledge of real-world environments in both the Service Support and Service Delivery focus areas.</span></li><li><span>Remedy, Service Now, HP Service manager, or other ITSM Management tool implementation experience is a plus</span></li><li>Basic knowledge of web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3)</li><li>Experience with troubleshooting</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>If you are interested to be a part of SanaTech Global Solutions team Apply Here: info@sanatechgs.com<br></span></p>
