<p>we are looking for a Senior FX sales professional to join our brokerage firm. The ideal candidate will be part of a growing sales team, customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great sales pipeline and business development efforts. This individual will have excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>As a Senior Sales in the Forex and CFDs industry, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and develop profitable relationships with a portfolio of clients by identifying and addressing their trading needs and preferences. </span></li><li><span>Educate Customers and provide them information about our trading products, services, promotions as well as industry knowledge.</span></li><li><span>Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.</span></li><li><span>Responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have, and providing quick and efficient resolutions. </span></li><li><span>Ensure client satisfaction and provide them with solutions. </span></li><li><span>Provide internal feedback on how to improve client retention to the retention manager. </span></li><li><span>Convert Inactive clients to active clients.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics or business</li><li><span> Minimum 2 years of experience in a FX sales position within a brokerage firm.</span></li><li> Deep understanding of the financial markets, especially FX/CFDs products</li><li> Self-motivated, outgoing, result-driven, and confident</li><li> Good spoken and written English language.</li><li> Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li> Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills</li><li> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li> Proven negotiation techniques and excellent closing skills.</li><li> Ability to build and maintain relationships.</li></ul>
