<p>Job Title: Telesales Representative</p><p><br></p><p>Department: Telesales</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications: Finance, Banking, Call Center – Sales, Business Development</p><p><br></p><p>Telesales Representative Need to have the following attributes to be effective on the job:</p><p><br></p><p> Outbound with UAE cold calling experience</p><p><br></p><p> Expert in Leads Generation</p><p><br></p><p> Experienced in Appointment setting</p><p><br></p><p> Expertise in sourcing online database</p><p><br></p><p> Sales driven person and goal oriented</p><p><br></p><p> Excellent communication skills and strong telephone mannerisms</p><p><br></p><p> Proven track record in a sales environment</p><p><br></p><p> Ability to write detailed follow up notes for business reporting</p><p><br></p><p> Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues</p><p><br></p><p> Friendly personality and team player</p><p><br></p><p>Job Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p> Researching Database Online and Search Engine</p><p><br></p><p> Make telephone calls to prospects</p><p><br></p><p> Set up Appointments with prospective clients</p><p><br></p><p> Initiate Email campaigns  Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.</p><p><br></p><p> Maintain timely Follow-up’s with prospective clients</p><p><br></p><p> Maintain professional relationship with existing clients to cross sell and keep the clients updated</p><p><br></p><p> Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved</p><p><br></p><p> Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis</p><p><br></p><p> Attend campaign briefings</p><p><br></p><p> Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our clients services and the objectives of specific campaigns</p><p><br></p><p> Record details of opportunities and lead notes.</p><p><br></p>
