<p>Required to provide excellent customer service for patients and respond to them if they have any inquiries about our services or concerns that they would like to have clarifications about and guide them to have an appointment with the appropriate or concerned Dr., and to be the first point of contact for clients at the clinic by greeting them in well-spoken manner.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>-Answer phone calls and assist patients in opening their files for treatment.</p><p>-Follow-up with existing or old patients.</p><p>-Check cleanliness of the receptionist desk.</p><p>-Inform the management of shortage in office supplies.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications & experience:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>-Bachelorβs degree or equivalent</p><p>-Strong communication skills, mainly in customer service skills.</p><p>-Fluent in speaking English, other language is a bonus.</p><p>-Ability to adapt with different types of characters.</p><p>-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.</p><p>-Minimum 1 year of experience in Reception, Administration, or other related fields.</p><p>-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.</p><p><br></p><p>Language: Professional in English</p><p><br></p><p>Location: Sustainable City Dubai</p>
