<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>The mission is to link the various departments of the company, monitor coordination among them, intervene in case of need, monitor the performance of those departments, and ensure that they implement the plans approved by the senior management to the fullest. Develop and implement corporate strategies.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Functional tasks:</strong></p><p>*Perform day-to-day administration to support the Managing Director in ensuring smooth running.</p><p>* Coordinating and linking the various departments of the company, developing communication mechanisms among them according to the principle of responsibilities and duties, and finding solutions in the event of problems arising in these mechanisms.</p><p>* Monitoring the performance of all departments and ensuring that they carry out their basic tasks on time and submit the required reports with high accuracy.</p><p>* Providing the direct manager with the required information and reports from the various departments on a regular basis, to ensure the progress of work.</p><p>* Developing and upgrading the company’s policies continuously and focusing on strategic plans.</p><p>* Determining discrepancies, if any, and correcting them, and taking the necessary measures according to the responsibilities granted when necessary.</p><p>* Increasing the company’s annual profits by increasing sales, reducing expenses, and continuous development.</p><p>* Assist with preparing the annual budget for the office</p><p>* Supervise and manage support staff teams, including handling coaching and training, conducting mid-year and year-end review meetings</p><p>* Handle day-to-day issues and challenges, ensuring smooth operations.</p><p>* Adopting a policy strengthening and human element to build the second-line leaders.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Personal Specifications:</strong></p><p>* Obtaining an accredited university degree in management as a minimum.</p><p>* Management experience of not less than 5 years in the field of (Retail).</p><p>* Fluency in both Arabic and English.</p><p>Proficiency in the use of computers and MS Office programs.</p><p>* Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.</p><p>* Proficiency in strategic planning and analysis.</p><p>* A valid UAE driving license.</p>
