<p>We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented <strong>HR Operations Assistan</strong>t to join our team. As an HR Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, payroll, employee inquiries, and administrative tasks. Experience with HRIS systems, specifically Bayzat, excellent Excel skills, and a solid understanding of UAE labor laws will be highly beneficial for this role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li>Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process, including document collection, contract preparation, orientation, and necessary training. Handle offboarding tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient transitions for departing employees.</li><li>Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment activities, such as job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating feedback. Collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.</li><li>Payroll and Benefits Administration: Support the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, reviewing timesheets, and resolving payroll discrepancies. Assist in administering employee benefits, including enrollment, claims, and addressing related queries.</li><li>Employee Inquiries and Assistance: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general HR-related questions. Provide timely and accurate responses while maintaining confidentiality.</li><li>HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system (e.g., Bayzat), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Generate HR reports as needed for management and compliance purposes.</li><li>Compliance and Policy Adherence: Stay up-to-date with UAE labor laws and ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with relevant regulations. Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and guidelines.</li><li>HR Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR team, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, preparing correspondence, and maintaining HR files and documentation.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ol><li>Previous experience as an HR Operations Assistant or similar role, preferably in the UAE.</li><li>Proficiency in using HRIS systems, specifically Bayzat, for managing HR data and generating reports.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, employment regulations, and best practices.</li><li>Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced formulas, data manipulation, and reporting.</li><li>Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address HR-related issues and provide appropriate solutions.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.</li><li>A proactive and customer-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality HR services.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.</li></ol><p>Join our dynamic team and contribute to the smooth operations of our HR function.
