<p>Position: Professional Secretary Location: Qatar (New branch of a British Company specializing in Financial and Business advisory services) Starting Date: 01/06/2023 Salary: QAR 4,000</p><p>Company Overview: We are a British company specializing in Financial and Business advisory services, expanding our operations to Qatar. We seek a professional secretary to join our new branch and contribute to our growing success.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ol><li>Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate departments or individuals.</li><li>Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries via phone or email promptly.</li><li>Arrange meeting rooms, coordinate conference calls, and take accurate meeting minutes.</li><li>Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.</li><li>Compose emails, memos, and letters professionally and effectively.</li><li>Establish and enhance office procedures and maintain record systems.</li><li>Manage database entry and maintain client files with utmost confidentiality.</li><li>Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.</li><li>Document and organize financial information accurately.</li><li>Ensure efficient distribution of messages and handle inquiries effectively.</li><li>Coordinate and confirm travel arrangements.</li><li>Prepare and dispatch outgoing correspondence efficiently.</li><li>Maintain confidential department files and records securely.</li><li>Assist with routine bookkeeping tasks as required.</li><li>Support the team with preparing presentations and reports.</li></ol><p>Qualifications:</p><ol><li>Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.</li><li>Possess a minimum of two years of experience, preferably in the Financial sector.</li><li>Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.</li></ol><p>Join our dynamic team and contribute to our thriving organization as we embark on our journey in Qatar.
