<p><strong>Position Description :</strong></p><p><span>We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced</span><strong><em> </em>Sales Engineer</strong><em> </em><span>targeting the energy sector in Saudi Arabia with Cortec preservation and corrosion solutions. The candidate should be able to prospect target accounts for new business, maintain an existing territory of business as well as establish and work with business partners.</span></p><p><span>The candidate must be comfortable in developing, defining, negotiating, and selling technical corrosion control solutions to all levels in any relevant organization. CORTEC MIDDLE EAST considers this to be a </span><strong><em>“solutions-oriented”</em></strong><span> position that uses consultative sales techniques, product demonstrations, trials, and training to turn every opportunity to success.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for developing existing and new business via prospecting, qualifying and selling preservation products and services for industrial sector using consultative-selling skills with operating companies, EPCs and consulting companies.</li><li>Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle which includes, but not limited to; review specifications , carry out site visits and prepare reports; ensure compatibility of commercial terms; prepare and follow up quotations. </li><li>Manage projects after receipt and acceptance of orders to ensure timely execution within budget and coordinate with other contractors’ activities. </li><li>Perform and supervise site engineering services, including installation, commissioning, training and maintenance and ensure company safety and quality procedures are followed </li><li>Develop long term relationships with existing and new key customers and track their information, forecasts and reports </li><li>Conduct and represent the company at promotions, seminars and other functions. Candidate should also aim for membership at professional boards in accordance with the company policy </li><li>Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organization</li><li>Maintain timely updates on rolling forecast as well as opportunity management on CRM</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Desired Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><span>BS in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering</span></li><li><span>Knowledge in industrial processes and the corrosion engineering field with 5 to 10 years’ experience in selling system solutions chemical inhibitors; or cathodic protection systems or services for rotating equipment to key customers in the GCC.</span></li><li><span>Strong presentation skills and ability to interact with client’s integrity, preservation, asset management, material &amp; inspection, production, maintenance and QA/QC personnel and provide expert advice and front line technical support on company corrosion control solutions.</span></li><li><span>Sharp analytical skill set to be able to review corrosion mitigation and monitoring activities adopted by clients, provide special technical service, consulting and recommend, initiate and conduct special studies to minimize/control corrosion utilizing company products and solutions.</span></li><li><span>Must be a self-starter with good organization and time management skills.</span></li><li><span>Must be able to demonstrate sales and effective written and verbal communications skills</span></li><li><span>Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team</span></li><li><span>Well-Developed Interpersonal Skills and Professional Demeanor</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p>
