The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (typically annual volume, margin and compliance requirements). Responsible for multiple sized sales territories.<br><br><strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p><u> Roles and </u> <u> Responsibilities </u><p><br></p><ul><li> within a geographic area responsible for selling Gas Power Services product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects </li><li> Utilizes in-depth knowledge of own and others sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups and uses rational thinking and commercial experience to execute policy/strategy. </li><li> Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the sport and the factors that differentiate them in the market </li><li> Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems with projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers. Ability to prioritize information for making choices. Uses technical experience and rational thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at choices. </li><li> These sales jobs will mainly be respective contributors. A job at this level requires strong interpersonal skills. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Required Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor degree in engineering/business/marketing or related discipline from an accredited university or college. </li><li> Proven years of sales/commercial experience including Saudi market economics, competing dynamics, technology and projects in the power generation industry or relevant industry. </li><li> Fluency in Arabic and English </li><li> Ability &amp; willingness to travel up to 50% </li></ul><p><br></p><u> Desired Characteristics </u><p><br></p><ul><li> Regional customer knowledge and operational experience will be an advantage </li><li> Ability to create demand, commercialize sales leads and effective account management and plan major initiatives </li><li> Strong interpersonal , oral and written communication skills, financial management and contract fluency. </li><li> Proven ability to work well in a global matrix environment. </li><li> strong presentation skills with clear and concise messaging. </li><li> clear thinker with ability to focus on critical tasks and proper time management. </li></ul><strong> <strong><strong><strong>Additional Information</strong></strong></strong> </strong><p><br></p><strong>Relocation Assistance Provided: </strong>Yes
