<p><strong>Role Objective</strong></p><p>We are looking to hire a talented Recruiter to join our RPO business solutions organization and manage the full cycle recruiting process for the blue-collar workers for our international industrial Client. You will be part of team based out of Dammam and will enjoy working in an international and truly collaborative environment, with a high level of autonomy.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Tasks</strong></p><p>The successful experienced Recruiter will be asked to carry out the following duties:</p><ul><li>Manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle from the initial Hiring Manager briefing through to offer management</li><li>Create &amp; execute a multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting client profile and/or build talent pools for current and future requirements</li><li>Engage with stakeholders across the business at all seniority levels. Manage day-to-day relationships with Hiring Managers ensuring high satisfaction and seamless delivery</li><li>Engage with internal and Client stakeholders (including HR) providing regular updates on the status of your allocated requisitions</li><li>Drive best in class internal and external candidate experience</li><li>Identify &amp; communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies. Contribute and participate in global and local recruitment marketing initiatives</li><li>Follow documented processes and procedures, providing information for internal reporting and updating systems (ATS) on a timely basis</li><li>Stay up to date with developments in Talent Acquisition and related fields, communicating relevant innovations and best practices both internally and to clients</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills and Experience Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Solid recruitment experience gained within RPO or in-house corporate environment.</li><li>Should have experience in recruiting talent for manufacturing companies – blue-collar and professional hires</li><li>Experience and knowledge of designing and implementing direct sourcing strategies</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management skills; ability to work with stakeholders at all levels in a matrix organization</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication</li><li>Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures</li><li>Ability to operate in an agile environment and respond quickly to client requests</li><li>Fluency in English</li></ul><p><br></p><p>We are accepting applications from candidates that are currently working as Recruiters/Talent Acquisition professionals only.</p>
