<p>Envnt. is now hiring Senior HR Specialist.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Job Description:</p><ul><li>Administer health insurance programs</li><li>Implement training and development plans</li><li>Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions</li><li>Inform members about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)</li><li>Update members records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status</li><li>Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions</li><li>Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly</li><li>Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization</li><li>Monitor budgets by department</li><li>Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner</li><li>Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation</li><li>Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans</li><li>Create and publish job ads in various portals</li><li>Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees</li><li>Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>4+ years of experience in the same field</li><li>Experience in Software and Technology companies</li><li>Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems</li><li>Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process</li><li>Familiarity with full cycle recruiting</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Good problem-solving abilities</li><li>Team management skills</li></ul><p></p>
